The Nandi Hydraulic Jib Crane is a manually operated floor crane designed for the safe lifting, handling, and movement of non-palletised loads in industrial environments where conventional stackers cannot be used. The hydraulic boom is raised and lowered using a manual pump — requiring no electrical connection and no fixed installation — making it equally suited to cramped bays, narrow aisles, and hard-to-reach areas.
Manufactured to customer-specific requirements in Coimbatore, each crane is built with an EN8 hard-chromed piston, a heavy-duty C-formed sheet boxed pillar, a welded boom arm with extra stiffening, and brass bushes at all fulcrum points to reduce wear. Available in four capacity variants from 500 kg to 2,000 kg with hook heights up to 2,200 mm.
