The Nandi Hydraulic Paper Reel Trolley is built for handling paper reels in paper mills, converting units, printing units and similar plants. Reinforced V-forks cradle the reel so it cannot roll, and a hand-operated hydraulic pump lifts it clear of the floor. One operator can lift, move and position reels of different sizes with control and without straining.
The cartridge-type valve keeps maintenance simple, and the hydraulic circuit is built to stay leak-free in shop-floor conditions. Choose 2,500 kg, 3,000 kg or 5,000 kg capacity, then tell us your reel sizes: we set the fork length (up to 3,500 mm) and width to suit reel diameters from 600 mm to 1,500 mm. Spare parts are kept ready and our service team supports the trolley after delivery.
