The Nandi AC Stacker lifts, stacks and moves palletised loads in warehouses, factories, stores and production areas. Your operator pushes it by hand and plugs it into your 3-phase supply to lift: a 2 HP flange-mounted motor and power pack do the lifting, so nobody is pumping a handle for every pallet. Three-point steering lets it turn in tight aisles.
The mast is a rigid structure that does not distort under heavy load. The carriage is a reinforced 16 / 20 mm MS plate carried on two chains, and polyurethane-coated support rollers keep travel smooth. Safety is built in: an overload relay, proximity sensors that cut off lift at the set positions, and a hydraulic overload relief valve. Choose a Single Mast (lift heights 500 – 2,000 mm) or Double Mast Telescopic (500 – 4,000 mm), with fork length and width built to your requirement.
